Location to town was perfect but a bit up from the noise of the town. Easy to get to other parts of the island.

This property is exceptional. Very clean, well thought out with technology plugs, nicely laid out. The terrace was exceptional to look out over the front water. We brought wine and snacks one evening and just hung out in the terrace!

When we arrived at the property the host, Theo, welcomed us, was very friendly, and explained everything that we need. The room was cozy and clean (the wood work inside of the room is Theo's work and very nice!). The property's deck view is a beautiful ocean view and sunset! The property is little bit up a stairway and was difficult with luggage but without it was good exercise and only 3-5 miniutes to the town and the port. It is a very convenient location. We enjoyed our stay!! We would love to stay this property again:)

Loved the location of this property. Nice and close to Mykonos town centre but just tucked away enough that it’s nice and quiet. The deck has great views and perfect for a sunset beverage. Apartment was a good size and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was fabulous! A short walk (approx 2 mins) down to the centre of the Chora square. Close enough to be close by all the shops etc, but there was no noise from any of the bars.
The courtyard / seating area was beautiful . There is a lovely view of the sunset each evening which we enjoyed with a bottle of wine.
The rooms are spacious, and very very clean! This was the perfect accommodation for us as a couple who like to relax after a busy day of exploring.
We will be staying again!

The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful - they answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and were very welcoming.

The location is perfect: close to the city center but far enough from noisy places, so it’s quiet and relaxing. The view from the hotel is stunning - you can see the sea and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Tip: ask the hotel in advance which side is best to arrive from so you can tell your taxi driver. We didn’t know and ended up being dropped off quite far, which meant dragging our suitcases unnecessarily.

There’s a nice supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot, and plenty of great restaurants and clubs nearby. The room was amazing - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This place is a true gem—just a short walk to Mykonos Town and the Old Port, and only about 10 minutes from the New Port. The view is stunning, everything is spotless and well maintained, and above all, the owners, Theodor and Susan, were wonderfully accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is central with some stairs just so you stay a bit in shape with all the gyros. The owner was nice. The pickup organized by the studios at the airport could be better - we were looking around for the arranged transfer with our luggage, he could come to the arrival doors as the majority of transfers.

We had an AMAZING stay at Merriam. Suzan was super kind and attentive with us. The place was clean, comfortable and the terrace was just outstanding! The location 10/10. I will definitely stay at Merriam when I come back to Mikonos. Thanks!!!

Loved this property! The location was great, only a short walk down the stairs to old town. The common sitting area was beautiful to watch sunset at, definitely a highlight to our stay. Apartment was super cute and had everything we needed, very comfortable. The staff were amazing, always ready to help and very kind. Would stay here again!

We liked everything. The location is great. The terrace with view is beautiful. The host was very nice and helpful, always answering our questions and giving useful hints. The apartment was great, had all the amenities, and it we found it so thoughtful and essential to have water and coffee.

They are great people and took care of us really well. And the view is something from heaven.

We had an excellent stay! The property is located at a very convenient spot, a close walk to restaurants and bars but also quiet and peaceful. As a group, we loved the outdoor patio. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were great down to the details, with good sound deadening, blackout blinds and AC. We see no reason to stay anywhere else!

Great location near the old town Mykonos. Great sunset view from the terrace and incredible facilities. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything. It was possible to leave the luggage all day long after check out the day of our departure.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered this hidden gem. The property offers a stunning panoramic sunset view that was the highlight of our trip. It's ideally located—close to everything—yet perfectly peaceful and quiet. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning and will be recommending this place to our friends.

Quietly neighbourhood, almost in Little Venice. Excellent staff, always ready to help. Very nice apartment, nicely decorated. The terraza/balcony and its views, outstanding.
